hi people so i have 3 females and 1 male roach and its been 6 months and still no babies the dubia roach is already an adult.... i keep them at 25 degrees outside , if i place them in i can make it to 20 degrees celsius , will they breed on a temperature of 25 degrees celsius? or do they need atleast 20 degrees to breed? i wonder how they breed so fast for some people..... Pls help do they need atleast 20degrees to breed? i place them in a trash bin with drilled holes on its cover and dumped lots of newspaper chunks there and being fed lots of fishflakes, dog food , dried shrimps and cabbage or carrots.... pls help!
they're freezing in your bin, 25C is about 77F. you want at least 85. i mean at least! close to 90 ( 32-33C) would be better.
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
Are you sure you have Blaptica dubia? And all are indeed adults?

Also avoid high protein foods, if you are giving them this much protein with 3 females this may prevent them from breeding completely. Stick to veggies and fruits and keep your temps above 85 F. after removing the protein you may not see results for 1 to 2 months.
Agree with Lija and Demon! Need temp's 30-33C and feed them vegetables! Also, if you can get egg crate cartons and place vertically, it makes handling and cleaning colony easier than using newspaper.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
