GK head structure does not look like typical C. cranwelli. Furthermore, if you remember your comments here (http://www.frogforum.net/pacman-frog...tml#post178877), GK does not behave like the typical C. cranwelli. If got a true Green Apple with little to no bone deformities, should consider yourself lucky, because that might indicate better survival rates to adulthood.
IMO most hybrids F1's are very unstable. There are variations among the hybrids that survive within a brood and also between 1st and subsequent same parent broods. Lethal or malignant gene combinations can be recessive or a mix bag, so you never know what you will get.
Maybe you could find a local shop or owner with a Lipstick Pacman and compare it's head bone structure to yours side to side and let us know. Also, the for sale pic of GA from UGReptiles, does look like a true GA. Think GK is a nice frog no matter what!
