Are tree frogs tame-able?

I was just wondering if they are "tame-able" by this I mean. Will they get to the point where they sit in your hand without getting scared? (I have NOT handled them yet due to bringing them home only 3 hours ago. Giving them a few days to relax)

Also, should you even handle them at all???

Mine seems fairly okay with being held. As in, he doesn't like me taking him out of his cage but once he's out he doesn't try to get away and seems fairly accustomed to my methods of holding/setting him down. After I feed him he will let me pick him up because he knows he's going back home to chill out. Or so I theorize.
