Inorder to stay green the frog will have needed to be spawned from two green parents idealy with green spots as well. I only know of two true full green pairs that have produced all green babies that stay green

Not usually! Looking at your frog pics, can see a brown tinting already showing within the green areas. I think it will be an attractive frog due to markings, and also probably keep some green areas on back and on top of horns.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

ok I am also having problems keeping the air temp up. I have a heating mat on the side but it was to cold. so I but it under it with a gap so it will warm the under side but it will not get to hot. Other then a heat light what could I do?

Heat pads are best used on the sides. These frogs burrow to thermoregulate and if the frog burrows over the mat it will not understand why it cannot cool itself.

If using a heat pad and you still cannpt reach required temps then you must use another supplemental heat source. A second heat pad on the same side of the tank, but placed on the front or back will help, but most people don't donthat because it is not very attractive.

Better to go with a heat light, but buy one with a dimmer switch so you can adjust how bright and warm the light will be. Look for a Fluker's 5.5" or 8.5" clamp lamp with dimmer and never use any bulb exceeding 50 watts.
