no it is not easy, it requires a LOT from you, we're talking about money, time, space and physical capability. It requires a LOT of research and knowledge. and it might be not exactly "little" money side, it will be a lot money invested in equipment and to support frogs and their offsprings. There is the reason there are not many breeders out there.

like so many reptile breeders out there frog breeders don't do it to make money, it is a hobby that you need to invest a lot, people breed animals for the love of it.

you can breed dubia instead, it is easy.
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!

Easy! MUAHAHAHA! The time and the money you invest in feeding the offspring alone will cause you to rip your hair out haha. You have to be passionate about the hobby to really reap the rewards of breeding.
If you are serious about it, and are prepared for large costs and hours upon hours of daily maintenance, then start researching the frogs breeding habits in their natural home land-weather pattern, seasons, pressure systems, etc......and then search for rain chamber threads, which are a vital tool when breeding frogs in general. It may be best to start with breeding a species that is a lot simpler such as Red Eyed Tree Frogs to get a feel for it, then move up to horned frogs as they are far from a simple species to figure out when it comes to breeding.
Besides actually breeding the frogs, you have to also consider an outlet to move the baby frogs, horned frogs can produce thousands so you will need to figure out where you will sell them or you will be stuck trying to feed them all.
