I had recently planted bob's terrarium with croton, pothos and pepperonium. i had waited before planting the plants because of the fertalizer and a day after planting the tank, im finding these white small bugs that look around two or three millimeters big near the drainage layer, i dont know if they are springtails or not? any comments and or suggestions will be appreciated!

It's hard to see for sure but I think they might be springtails. Can you get a good focus in on a few?

Springtails are fine. They help keep your tank clean and will eat decaying plant debris, wastes, and molds. I feed mine fuzzy, molding Cheerios.
I will take some pictures of mine tomorrow so you can see if that is what they look like. They hop quickly and float in water. I have bazillions in a breeding tank, ready for my dart frog tanks when they are completed.
