here ya go. i hope this helps. it's basically a piece of aquarium air tubing placed into a piece of sponge with a slit in it. the sponge prevents the tuning from clogging up. then you just run the tubing up the back and out the viv. you can use something as simple as pushing a pencil into the mesh screen to create a hole big enough for the tubing to exit the viv. now, there are many possible improvements you can make on this design, this is the bare bones, no frills version.
