Changing to soak dish.

Im changing the tank below to all coco fiber and two soak dishes. I was wonder should i keep some gravel under the fiber or remove it? Im going to add more real plants and keep the hides

If keeping real plants, my suggestion would be to keep a drainage layer below the coco substrate .

and I also wanted to know if a under tank heater is needed or is my heat bulb enough

Heat bulb should be fine, I use a heat mat and tbh don't think they are that good.
