Repti Glo 5.0 or ReptiSun 10.0?

I have a 20 gallon with four frogs in it. (2 FBT, 2 green tree frogs), all seems to be going well, I was doing some research online and some forums say for UVB reptiglo is worthless and reptisun is much better but i dont know whether to use the 5.0 or 10.0 if i do decide to switch. Can anyone put any truth to the statements that are out confusing us newer frog caregivers? Thanks.
