    Default Blocking UVB?

I have a 20 gallon at the moment that does not have enough humidity for my tree frogs. I was looking online and some people use plastic wrap or plexiglass on a portion of the screen top to keep the moisture in. I was wondering if I did this, will the UVB rays from my fixture still get through the plexiglass/plastic?

The amount that penetrates the plastic will vary.
You may want to look at the specs of the product before purchasing,
there are a lot of products intentionally blocking UV-rays.
