Well, a couple of the frogs have this white fungus(?) growing on the coconut fiber. I scrapped it off, and turned over the substrate to aerate it. Is the suspect fungus a symptom of doing something wrong?.....Is it somewhat inert or do I need to address the problem?
Oh, they're all kept (individually) in 10 gallon aquariums....there's a piece of glass that covers 75% of the top then I use plastic wrap and adjust it to keep the moisture ~ 85%...The temperature hovers around 82°....a little more in the day and a few degrees cooler at night.
Thanks
Lloyd
Would try to lower humidity a bit (75-80%) and see if it goes away by itself. Most fungi in substrate feed off the substrate itself and are harmless to frog. Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Thanks, Carlos: I hope it's that simple...
