Need to have tadpole/frog ID ASAP
So I went to a local pet store 8 months ago and seen this tadpole swimming around in a fishtank.
I asked a worker about it she said she had no idea what it was and it wasn't suppose to be there so I ended up taking it home for free.
Last month it started sprouting it's back legs, so it has been a tadpole for a very long time, and now it is nearly a little frog and I still don't know what type it is.
I had it in a tank setup for an African Clawed Frog, but then I started to notice it is not nearly as good a swimmer as my ACF, it actually looks like he struggles a bit.
So, worried, I put these logs in with them partially out of water and it seems to like sitting outside the water way more than inside of it.
A bit to read, but I just wanted to write down some details about the tadpole. Here are some pictures of it, one from 8 months ago when I just got it, and some I just took.
I didn't want to use flash but the lighting in my room is terrible so it was necessary.
