    Default Leaves

Hi all, I have ordered some dried coco tree leaves and some jungle leaves, the variety that curls up when wet and straightens out when dry. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of these leaves? I ordered them from pollywog.

Maybe they come from the base of palm leaves; the seller should know their origin. Shape looks like it could provide hiding places side down and water collection the other way.

I got them so he can hide, but they can be used for water run off. Im not sure wether they will decay over time but watch this space for feedback.
I also got these jungle leaves as i'm going for a natural forest floor look.

Update, I received the leaves today, the coco leaves are dry and hard, perfect for shelter. The jungle leaves are the same but are being soaked in dechlorinated water to soften them, might even help with humidity.

Washed and arranged in his home, he moved from his normal spot and is now under the leaves.

Cheers Bill, I just made Normans home as natural as possible. You could email the guys at pollywog using the link on one of my posts on this thread, they might ship them to the states. There's hardly any weight so shipping should be reasonable.
