Aquarium snails (infestation) and ACF

Well, bought a plant from London a few weeks ago and I'm starting to see very very small snails in my tank. Now, I've read a bit about how to take them away but because these frogs are generally different to anything else, most of the advice I found on the internet wouldn't probably work.

I can imagine that small snails won't be a problem, it will be like eating small gravel, where it passes out of them. But still, I wanted to make sure just how bad these are and what is the most 'frog' safe-effective way of removing?

Trap with food and remove or just remove by hand. ACF usually ignore these snails, I've had a few pond snails and ramshorns in my frog tanks before. I just removed them, I wouldn't want my frogs to eat them.
