1. You can use a britta filter or bottled filtered water, and add the water conditioner/de-chlorinator. OR, you could by 100% spring water and use that.
2. It's my understanding that the UV us not enough, you may need to force feed her dusted crickets, or repti-boost dusted crickets. And yes, add a multi-vitamin. Repti-boost has everything she needs, so don't ever mix the powders. Repti-boost alone, calcium alone, and multi-vitamin alone- on separate days.
3. I think you need anew vet! Baytril will not treat pin worms, and they do not go away in 2 weeks, it generally takes at least 4 weeks. Ask your vet for Panacur C (it comes in liquad or powder).
4. If you're gonna use the carpet, make sure you wash it every day. I like paper towels, it was easier for me when I went through a similar ordeal. I just threw them away and replaced everyday, after cleaning the frogs enclosure.
