One of the petsmarts near my apartment started to carry Flightless Fruit Flies. They are so tiny! I thought about get Laputa some (just to see if she'd eat those since they move) but is there a way I can get them to stay in a container? I've never gotten them before and I really thought they'd be bigger...I'd love to try and feed these to her...

Oh ...sorry It won't work out if Laputa is a tree frog.
They are very, very tiny
( -- ) this big
They will not stay in a bowl.
What do you think about this wax moth idea?

It takes some time to get them going, however.

I really would like to do the wax moth thing, I think she would enjoy it. I think I may try to get my phoenix worms to turn into flies to and see if she'll eat any of those. They are much, much bigger than fruit flies... I was slightly confused by the instructions though for the wax worms... Do I just put the food in a container and crumpled wax paper and stick them somewhere warm for a few weeks? I live in AZ so I was just going to stick them outside like I do my crickets when I want them to grow...
You can feed them flies. I have a Grey Tree Frog and I feed him any fly I find in my window(he was an egg in my backyard so if I didn't rescue him from my pool he would eat whatever is in my yard, so its fine if I feed him flies from my window). Fruit Fly, Horse Fly, Deer Fly, House Fly, etc. He is a little bit bigger than a US dollar coin, so I say you can feed your frog whatever. You could use them as a treat because you would have to feed it a lot of fruit flies.
