Unless your frog is a type of Pipid (clawed frog, Suriname toad, and so on), I wouldn't give them any fish. Even if they were Pipids, I still think I would do it.

I gotta go with Kurt here. Feeder fish are full of parasites. Stick to purchased or home bred insects.
