Lots of red flags here.

RES will outgrow this tank very quickly.. they get quite large and live for a long time and would probably enjoy a more aquatic setting than what is provided above. I think a 40 gallon breeder would be the minimum for these turtles, if not an even larger tank down the road. You have to keep in mind these turtles can get 12", pretty large when you think about it. They need 10 gallons per inch of turtle and it won't stay small forever. A large adult needs 100 gallons of water, think about that!

RES needs cool water low 60s to 70F and a warm basking area of 80F to 90F.. this will cook a FBT and I doubt a tree frog will enjoy it either.

RES are predators of frogs.. tree frogs and FBT would both be considered prey to this animal. One day, at some time, when you're not looking the frog will be maimed or killed outright by the turtle, so why keep these together?

If you want a turtle, set up a tank for a turtle, if you want a frog, set up a tank for a frog.

They don't mix. You wouldn't keep a pet rabbit with your pet snake, right?

To be quite honest I think that tank would be perfectly fine for a FBT so if that were my tank, that's the species I would place in there.
