Hi guys,

i have posted here before as I am new to owning my wee froggies, so thanks in advance for all of your help. I currently own 2 whites tree frogs- they live in the large exo terra setup. It's taken me a while to learn how to get all this right and I am pretty sure I am on my final questions now!

humidity is no problem ( always between 50-70% depending on time of day) but I am a little concerned about heating. My little guys tend to be brown most of the time, only really going green during the day, when they are asleep on the heat mat that I have on one side of the tank. They may just be brown to blend in with the moss/ dark etc but I just wanted some advice on heating to make sure I am doing right by them.

currently I have a large heat mat (100w) set to 75f on one side, the cooler side of the tank reads as 50-60. Is this enough or would you recommend that I have bulbs set up instead/ in addition? If so which bulbs? The guy in the pet store I bought them from said the heat mat would do, just wanted to double check.
