I gave my little sick froggie a pedialyte bath and she started doing something really odd. She seemed to enjoy it.. but I'm no expert. Any idea what she is doing?

It may sound strange, but... peeing? That, or taking in the fluid?
Not sure, maybe someone else will have seen this before.

I'd really like to know what she is doing. She hasn't poo'd for a few days and she hasn't eaten. I got repti boost but I don't know if I'm reading the directions right....
No idea what frog is doing with the hip dance; does look funny.
If you are referring to the small ReptiBoost brown leaflet... yes, it is quite confusing because the dossage table head tittles with the words "severe, mild, and additional" refer to different situations unrelated to each other.
Is your frog exhibiting weight loss or shows any other signs of malnutrition? Have you had a fecal exam done by vet to rule out parasites? Force feeding an animal is stressful and a last resort kind of action.
For a severely malnourished animal (lethargic, bones visible, etc.); you would start with the first column dosage (50% of SMR) to prevent over stressing a weak animal digestive system. After 4 days you would use the second column dose (100% of SMR). If animal is not severely malnourished; you can start animal on the second column (100% of SMR). The 3rd column is meant as a supplemental (in addition to what they eat) nutrition for animals that are suffering from a long term "chronic" disease. Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
I did the middle one and it seemed too much for her tiny body... I gave the vet a fecal sample over 2-3 weeks ago, he gave her a clean bill of health, but I see no changes. I haven't even seen poo in 3-4 days. To be completely honest, She looks very bloated to me compared to the pictures I've seen of an AGTF. I don't think she is supposed to look the way she does but I may be wrong.
Looks like hiccups to me.
She may have swallowed a little too much water?
You could take some of the water out. They just need a little
Only her belly has to be in it .
