    Default Fogger problem

Hi there! I got an exo terra waterfall with its fogger and it isnt as great as it is said....Sometimes flow is slower than it should be, and fogger finally doesnt turn on. Today i get up with the pump doing noise (and i guess its dangerous for it). Can anybody tell me a solution? I have seen others foggers. I have also heard about another installation way for the fogger (out of the enclosure with a bottle and a hose, like Zoo Meds fogger (Zoo Med Repti Fogger Creates Humidity & Amazing, Atmospheric Fog in Reptile Habitats - YouTube) ) . I dont wanna buy another fogger.
PD: I think Exo terra product arent good....

I have the zoomed fogger and it works great fogging up my 56 in about a minute. The key is to position the hose so that the condensation buildup drains back into the unit and not allowed to pool up in the hose.

I don't actually know how the exo fogger works or what it looks like but if it operates like the zoomed then check the hose, I hope this helps.

Thnks! Exo terra fogger hasn't a hose. You must get in the waterfall and it evaporates the water which flows through it. Problem is that the water of the waterfall get empty quickly.

If its the one that use the discs, I think ultrasonic fogger is what they call them. I've heard nothing but bad things about those. I think they shock frogs if they come in contact with them or something like that.

i have been using the same foggers for a year or two now. never had a problem with them. it's all in how you design the use of it in the tank. i built a special apparatus to hide it in my mantella tank and to keep the frogs away from it. it doesn't actually shock the frogs, but since the disc vibrates at ultrasonic speeds, it could be confused as such when you touch it. most of the stuff i read about them being bad is purely anecdotal, nothing concrete. kind of like frogs drowning. everybody "heard" of it happening, but nobody has an actual account of it actually hurting a frog.
