Can anyone tell me whats going on?
Will my frog die? Its been 2 days now!
Looks like his tongue but wont swallow back in....

To me that looks like a stomach prolapse, which is what frogs do when they cannot regurgitate something they've eaten. However, the stomach is usually re-ingested within a few minutes, so this is bad.
It may be something else, but I'm not sure. However, someone much more experienced than I will comment within the next few hours, possibly even within the next few minutes.
A trip to the Exotic Vet may be needed to save your frog. For now, place him into a spare tank with moist paper towel for substrate, a dish of dechlorinated water up to his neck, some cover, and preferably a wallpaper. More photo's of the frog, specifically it's face, could definitely help us out, as well as a photo of the tank. I would keep the "stomach/tongue" moist by spraying it with dechlorinated water for now.
Also, what have you fed him over the last 48-72 hours? If he's eaten a pebble/stone or something he could not regurgitate that may have brought it on.

Vet asap. I hope he pulls through!
Agreed. Vet visit may be the only way to save him. That's definitely a stomach prolapse...
If it's been that way for two days in a regular enclosure with dirt, especially with his mouth clamped down on it, an infection is probably starting. Antibiotics are probably going to be needed.
Welcome to frog forum! Your frog needs an urgent visit to a veterinary that treats exotics. Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Good Luck with you poor guy, let us know how you make out
Everyone is correct. You must take your frog to a Vet NOW. If the stomach has been out side the frog that long then risk of infection is high. Without a Vet your frog will die.

I'm just wondering how the frog is now, did you take him in to see a a vet?
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
Thank you for ALL the kind suggestion and comments.
Unfortunately, Gugu has pass away in the morning. We couldn't make it to the Vet.
We had Gugu for over 2 years now. We have burried him in the backyard.
Hope he R.I.P.
