What type of SUBSTRATE DO YOU USE AND WHY?

I'll be setting mine up soon..I have that eco earth Coconut Fiber. Good enough?

For ABF: Eco Earth; Plantation Soil; and other shredded coco fiber is fine .

I buy cocofiber in bulk in 12 lb bricks. There is really no reason to use any other substrate.
