Default It's not leaking is it?

    Good Morning all,

I made a divided land/water 10 gallon tank for my FBT. I finally put everything in last night, the gravel was still pretty damp from when i took it out of the frogs old tank. I noticed this morning the gravel fogged up and is a small bit of water on the very bottom. I dont think its leaking considering i put a nice amount of silicone and even felt it for any holes, etc and it seem like a good rubber barrier. I'm wondering if this is just the water from wetness of the gravel just sinking to the bottom?
    Theres the pic below

    Thanks a lot, Great forum/advice

It's just humidity and water collecting on the bottom. Is the tank wet underneath? If it isn't. You're good. If it is but the floor isn't wet, it's probably high humidity in the room.

i agree with ed. if your divider was leaking, the water levels on each side of the divider would be equal. you tested it before adding the gravel right? if it didn't leak then, then it shouldn't be leaking now.

the fog inside the tank is just the humidity given off by the wet gravel.
