    Default Mating with FBT

Hello all. I have 2 FBT in a 10 gallon tank, and I've heard one barking for the past 3 days a lot. They are mating from what I see (one constantly on the other, only the top one is barking ever)

What should I do? Any special prep? When will they have eggs?

Welcome to FF Tyler! To breed FBT's need to condition frogs with a cool down period. Here is discussion: Frog Forum - Fire-Bellied Toad Care and Breeding - Bombina orientalis and relatives . Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

FBT males hump whatever moves in front of them, whether it is a male or female, and usually don't produce fertile eggs unless given proper conditions. The males and females can make a ''trilling" noise as a sign telling the male to get off.
