The green frogs will definitely eat the chorus frogs the first chance they get. They're pretty voracious and will even happily cannibalize smaller green frogs. I've found green frogs all over, waters edge, swampy bogs, occasionally on land, and unless your pond/bog is enormous they will eventually cross paths.
