What the heck?
My A moreletii sleep on the glass very infrequently. Much less than red eyeds' .
They all decided to spent the day here-today ???

I gave them an extra mist ( between the automated )
It's real dry here on LI - we need the rain.

They look very nice and healthy Lynn... silly frogs!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
my milk frogs prefer the glass, im sure it has more to do with position, surface and surface area. I mean a big fat pain of glass nice and smooth also on the plus side its vertical. Also i find when sleeping they find colour places to, my whites love putting her belly on cold stones when sleeping maybe its the same thingvery pretty frogs and they look ultra healthy colours are immaculate
Thanks Carlos !
The one alone in the photo is my very favorite frog. "Boggie"
I nearly lost him ! When I first purchased him, he lived with the red eyed tree frogs.
YES with the red eyeds' - for over a year , from the time I removed him from quarantine ( when he was a froglet ) Long story !
I build him his own enclosure before I got the other moreletii. At the time, it was a converted 40 gallon ( vertically oriented) critter keeper. After I moved him ( he just shut down ?) - sadly- stopped eating. Nothing!!!!! except for what I forced fed …..for 7 long weeks. He had to be treated w/ 2 different antibiotics and de-wormed. He actually did not look horrible throughout all of this with the exception of a little weight loss. It was, however, very difficult to take care of him during all of this. I learned to drop crickets into his mouth during sheds. Much less stressful way to feed a frog that is not eating on it's own.
He has a special place in my heart
