Where is the best place to buy a pacman frog?

If you are lucky to have a local mom & pops type pet shop with good reptile/amphibian selection would check it out. Enclosures with proper substrate (shredded coco), clean water, and alert frogs that do not look bony or emaciated are further good signs.

Large pet chain stores are a hit and miss, specially for if you have not kept Pacmans before and can't tell a healthy animal from a sick one.

If online ordering is OK; email/PM Mikesfrogs or IvoryReptiles at forum. How is your sick tree frog? Did pedialyte help?

The pedialyte did help but my frog became bloated and i could not get him to the vet in time...

I personally would stay away from chains such as petco or petsmart if you're not too experienced with pacs. Your best bet is a nice mom and pop pet/reptile store or if you can order I would definitely give mike an email at mikesphatfrogs@yahoo.com
