Hello! I need help with my baby frog

Ok so I have a baby green pacman frog! He has a exo terra tank, clean water, eco earth substrate (has suggested by many people) a plant and a log! The temps are in the day 75 to 80 and at night 65 to 75. He has two burrows one in his log and one out in the open. For heating I use a heat lamp and a heat pad. The heat lamp is on for the day and off at night, and the heat pad is on all the time. Now for the question: Why wont he eat? I could use some help as to why my frog wont eat he pooped recently but hasnt eaten all week I got him on like saturday of this week at a local petshop. On the car ride home he kept lookin at me like "your evil" and every time he see's me he stops moving and just stares at me....... I took him out to eat but he didnt realy eat at all. I left him in his cage to eat and he didnt eat either, I try and feed him earthworms and crickets no luck. If anyone can help me I would be delighted!
