    Default Fresita's Thread!

Hi ! I just ate a night crawler big as a snake... wham, bam, slurp ! Also, it was covered in CA frosting... finger licking good! My owner is giving me "the look" because I dropped a stinky one on the pool last night... what a joy ! You humans behave, have a great weekend and be nice to your frogs !

Happy Birthday to me ! It's been two months since I came to live with the nice guy that feeds me. I've grown quite a bit, from 1.5 to 3 inches and all is well. Here are some pics of my gorgeous self he took during tank clean-up day. Sorry I'm not smiling and backed into a corner... not sure why but it makes me so mad !

And here I am during my shed, looking so ferocious. Dead skin... tasty .

Thanks for stopping by and be nice to your frogs!

Thanks Colleen/Jerrod and Lija ! It's rare that this frog is not covered in dirt. Even poured a bit of water on it's back for top photo and still got dirt on her. Been thinking girl because of no croaking. Was sold to me as "Strawberry Pineapple" but as it grew, she lost all the vibrant reds and became a base of salmon with pineapple markings.

Fresita lives buried to her eyes most of the time; but at dusk she sits up and is ready for some chow. After eating she will wait a couple hours and then it's bath time. By morning I find her buried again. It's almost like a pet rock (have one of those in eight legged form).
