At least one of my frogs has his/her webbing torn on their rear foot between their big toe and the next inside toe. It might be on the other foot, and maybe the other frog? Will it heal? They are both american bullfrogs.
In clean habitat/water conditions it should heal. You could also use plain neosporin (no pain killer added) to help prevent a possible infection until healed.
The important issue is... what is causing the teared tissue? Would start looking immediately at the substrate and decor! Can you post pics of the frogs foot and their habitat? Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Can't post a pic right now, but can tomorrow. The only sharp thing in there is a large rock, and the frogs have been in that habitat for months, maybe a year with no problems, and I just noticed this today. How do I add/apply the Neosporin?
