Can't post a pic right now, but can tomorrow. The only sharp thing in there is a large rock, and the frogs have been in that habitat for months, maybe a year with no problems, and I just noticed this today. How do I add/apply the Neosporin?

You can apply with Q-tip or finger directly on wound/damaged area. Just remember to wash and rinse (dechlorinated water) hands well before handling frogs, good luck .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
