Uploading Pictures into My Profile Albums

I tried the website uploader with some of my cloud stored photos and seem to get an invalid file error also so so your not alone here.

I just tried adding a photo to one of my albums from flickr and had no problems. I used Chrome's built in 'Inspect Element' function for looking at a webpage to grab the image url and the forums software managed just fine.

I didn't bother with any of flickr's image codes because they aren't the URL's for the actual image but for the page on flickr for the image. In other words, the forum software seems to need a link the the image file, and not a link to a webpage that contains the file.

In my case, I used http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8554/8...06a3838d_b.jpg to add to my album and not Blowing Bubbles | Flickr - Photo Sharing! if that helps clarify?

Maybe Photobucket has the same issue with it's supplied image URLs, but that wouldn't explain why you can embed them into posts but not albums.
