Solar Glo opinion?

Can anybody tell me a review/opinion of the solar glo? It seems to be the best bulb . i think it cant fry frogs because in short centimetres its highest temperature is 35ºC (seemed to nature)

I don't keep reptiles so can't give you opinions about that bulb. Still, I'm wondering, why do you want to use a high power mercury vapor full spectrum bulb designed for reptiles with an amphibian ?
