    Hello and welcome to FF! Agree with Caspian recommendation to contact a veterinary. Is left eye cloudy by any chance? Not sure what is going on, but appears physical face issues and neurological problems are related. If local vets are not experienced with frogs; try and contact Dr. David M Frye (734)439-2273 and discuss frog issues with him. Good luck !
    Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !​

    Hm... Neurological definitely sounds like a possibility, but it sounds like it could also be an ear thing. If they have an inner-ear infection or something, that could cause the tilting and could maybe have spread and be making the eye look swollen?

    I agree, vet visit would be best.
