Maybe for a very very short time, and only if they are about the same size. The frog would probably be stressed or eaten/injured, or maybe the opposite. For now, you can take a tupperware container, put some holes in it, and a wet towel at the bottom for a short time. You can make holes by heating a fork over a stove/fire and melting the holes in the top, just make sure you wait till it cools down.

Frogs and house geckos or frogs and any other animal is a bad mix; even if only for a few weeks. At a minimum both frogs and geckos will be severely stressed in such a small tank by each other presence; or it could become worse than that. Sorry, know you got good intentions but that mix will probably not go well !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

I figured that it wouldnt be a great mix even though they are both native kinda to my area i have a buddy who does reptile shows and rescues i might end up giving it to him since this little dude might not have the best of chances in the wil only having one eye and such because i dont have much space to set up another terrarium what do you guys think of this setup ?Frog Care : How to Make a Frog Habitat - YouTube

Watched 25 seconds of that video and already felt like making that guy spend a few days in a small closet . If I was a one eyed frog would rather take my chances in the wilderness than live in a tiny plastic cube !

That would work as an emergency enclosure... But only for like a day or two. I'd only use something like that like O/N until I could run out and get something more appropriate.

He will need at least a 12"x12"x18" tall home and would prefer a 18x18x24" with nice tall (properly cleaned) branches and plants .
