So glad to hear! They've crossed my mind a few times and kept meaning to ask. Chester is doing great, just posted a photo of his weight-loss to the forum. Still cheering for Inshallah and Philomenia, but it sounds like they've successfully cleared the woods. Will watch the photo albums <g>

Inshallah and Philomenia are doing amazingly. They are eating well and growing fast with nice little plump tummy's. Ive been giving them heaps of variety. I just gave them a lovely moth each that I hatched from wax worms. Im not going to put them into hibernation like the rest of my frogs as I want them to grow up a bit more. I will post some photo's soon. Thank you for asking.
That is great. I meant to ask you this yesterday but you sidetracked me.

    Hi Ebony

I am super new here and don't have a lot to contribute, but I wanted to offer up my support!
I had to have my frog euthanized about a week ago, so it makes me really happy to see that these little cuties are doing so well. Keep up the great work and please post some pics so we can watch them grow up!

Hey thanks guys, You are all so wonderfully caring and supportive.

froggy bottom, Im sorry you had to get your frog euthanized. That would have been very hard for you. You did what was best for your frog and that is a good thing. My heart goes out to you.

I really want to get some photo's up for you all. They aren't as calm as my other frogs and as soon as Im about to take their photo's they jump for cover. They are very lively little rascals. I do plan on getting them out today so I will get some photo's up later today.

Love the name choices! I'm glad to hear that they are doing so well, not that any of us had any doubt that you would do amazing with them. Can't wait to see some pictures of the little celebrities! Job well done!

Thank you Jace. Here is a couple of photo's I took today. They aren't as relaxed as my other frogs yet so taking photo's was not possible in their enclosure as they kept jumping for cover. They have definitely grown and the greener of the two is Inshallah(God willing) and the other is Philomenia(Loved). There is quite a difference. Inshallah has grown faster than Philomenia. The legs are looking a bit better to me as well. . What do you guys think?

I think they look amazing! Look at those bellies! Obviously they plan on eating you out of house and home-cricket wise. Beautiful frogs, Ebony. Again, very well done.

Outstanding! What a difference. Looks like maybe a male and a female. looks like they are using those legs, are they? Great job Ebony.

I thought i was wishful thinking but yes, they do seem to be using their legs more than they did. Inshallah is showing the most improvement. She even appears to fold them slightly. Is that possible? Could their legs improve even now?

Maybe. It could've been a nutritional deficiency, that is now being over come.

Keep in mind that it was only a guess and not written in stone.

Thanks Kurt, I wont get my hopes up too high. I know it would be a miracle for them to be normal but it does make me feel more so that Ive done the right thing by these guys.

It's alright if they aren't normal. It would just be cool if they at least had some mobility and no pain. I know they are well taken care of even if they don't heal.

I think they are awesome normal or not, no matter what. I hope they are not in any pain. They do get around their enclosure like normal. They even manage to climb to the top of their enclosure which really amazed me. They are catching flies and Moths with no problems. I would hate it if they were in pain. How would i know?

Wild animals are really good at hiding their pain and suffering. The reason being those that are in obvious sign of distress are more likely to be picked off by predators. So, by the time they are showing them, it's because they are too sick or weak to hide it anymore.

I took a quick video with my camera which is not very good but i just wanted to give you an idea of how they can get around.

I cant seem to post the video. It's an MPG file. I will try tomorrow.
