got two frogs...a few more questions

Not sure what the deal is with the color change. If they're adults, you can play WTF calls from youtube at them. Males should respond by croaking, but females won't.

Most tree frog species will change shades from day to night to match their surroundings as camouflage. My red Eyes will shift from a really light almost pale green if they are in direct light on bright leaves, to a really really dark forest green at night. from what I understand from reading, and view in pictures, Whites will vary in the colors you mentioned.

Sexing, if they are adults, Males will have nuptial pads on their fore legs (by their 'thumbs') that help with gripping and hanging onto females when mounted. also, after a long night of active calling, the under side of the male's jaw will have darker discoloration from stretching the skin out to make calls. think of bruising or stretch marks and you'll find it. I don't know if it is true with Whites, but with Red Eyes, the easiest way to sex known adults is size. females are noticeably larger.
