During the day with me for a few hours I put Copper in a plastic tote, with a hide some grapewood to climb on and a heat lamp on one side. Its our bonding time lol. Well today i was in the kitchen making some lunch and i turn around to check on him and he is on the couch!!!!! LOL! He climbed out and was just sitting on one of the arms watching me Lol! Too funny.

He's beautiful! My Dexter loves to be on the couch. She will climb around and look back at me as if she's making sure it's "okay". They have the best personalities!

How old is Copper? Is he your first?

Thanks i really like his patterning. Ya know, were not certain of his age, my guess maybe 8 or 9 months. Yes he is our first BD. Lol That's funny, were trying to train him to bask on the back of the couch on a blanket. Kinda working. He still a tad skittish yet.

I was worried when I came to this thread as most "escape" threads do not have a happy ending but he is a handsome little devil!

Dexter's our first too! It's such a fun learning experience. We have to really watch her when she is out of her cage though because one of our cats is very interested in her and tries to get her! She's very content though with just sitting on my shoulder as I walk around the house (Dexter, not the cat!).
