Hi Josh
You need to remove the enclosure(s) away from the window---asap!

I have never owned a leopord frog -- but as far as I know:
-borrowing is not unusual behavior
-he needs enough water to submerge his body
-and does not like bright light
-He is not a tree frog and should not live with the whites

Perhaps your whites was or is very stressed from being in the same enclosure?
It is especially important to maintain the proper setting for heat and humidity for your whites.

Replacing the gauges ( probe type) is very important! For both frog enclosures.
When you review the care sheets for both of the species of frogs you own, you will see they need different care.
