They look like american green tree frogs to me. They look healthy from the pic, but I am also wondering what happened to the other frogs in the enclosure... I would get them anyway though. I love AGTFs. Mine are very amusing! They will need a tank that is taller obviously, since they are arboreal. I have mine in the Exo Terra 18x18x24, but I like to make sure my frogs have plenty of room to play around.

Maybe the person decided they only want one? Also can they live with other frogs? IF so what kinds?

That could be... hadn't thought of that. Unfortunately it is best to keep different species separated unless you really know what you are doing. They can stress each other out and a lot of different frogs have different heat and humidity requirements. I have also heard that a lot of frogs are toxic to each other.
