    Default heat monitor/controller?

I'm looking for a heat controller for my viv, something that would monitor the temp and turn the ceramic heat emitter up or down to stay in programmed range. I checked out the exo-terra and zoo-med web pages and didn't see what I'm looking for (or I'm blind...). Any suggestions? Thanks!

I guess I was blind. Will this do what I'm asking, and does anyone have opinions or personal experience to share?

Hello Michelle! The first one is a rheostat and requires manual control (you set-it manually and will keep temp as long as room temp remains same. Have not used it but have used this one (lower max watts) and it works fine: ReptiTemp® Rheostat.

The other unit you posted is a thermostat/humidity controller and will provide automatic control (set and forget) of both heating and humidifiers even if room temperature changes. Have not used that controller, but my experience with other ZooMed products is good. Maybe some other members can share experience with product or recommend others. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

I definitely need something with automatic control, our house has a huge temp swing in the summer, from the low 60's if I can cool it down that much overnight up to 78 before the A/C kicks on.

If I could afford it, ecozone looks awesome. I ordered the zoo med hygrotherm.
