That is a bullfrog. I raised a bullfrog from a tad and it was fun watching it grow!

Just in case you were planning on this being a spring/summer project, it might be worth pointing out that bullfrog tadpoles can sometimes take a year or two to morph into froglets.

Were there any other frogs in the pond? Tadpoles can be tricky to ID...
