Hello and welcome to FF! First thing to do is read the forum's care article: Frog Forum - Pacman and Horned Frogs - Ceratophrys - Care and Breeding. Second thing is to ensure the substrate is shred coco like ExoTerra's Plantation Soil or ZooMed EcoEarth (both are soil like). From the pic it appears substrate has fibers and nugget which is an impaction hazard.
Dusting is fine; recommend do CA twice a week and multi-vitamins once. I use Repashy's products but ZooMed and ExoTerra also make supplements. Earthworms (night crawlers) are excellent food and dusting works great because it sticks to worms. Would stay away from all beetle type worms (mealworms, etc.) because they are hard to digest and could even be an impaction hazard). Also, provide a plastic dish with de-chlorinated water where frog can take a bath (water level to his mouth). Good luck.

. Keep water level in dish to frogs chin and change it daily. Also, would cover back and sides with a "forestry" background or similar to reduce stress in frog. Good luck
