With only one eye, your frog has limited visibility and obviously not acting normally. Keep the frog in a quiet location or wrap brown paper around the tank, this will reduce the amount of stress. To treat the injured nose, use a small amount of Bactine on a cotton swab and apply to the injured area. I think that Bactine is available in the UK. Frog keepers recommend Bactine as a treatment for minor injuries.
