Daylight I think is enough. Milk frog doesn't move in the morning so I won't change it. but I don't see almost the vivarium in the darkness hours. I guess if I buy 50W I will see well the frog moving .

If capable, maybe you want to try to go up one step to 25 watts. If you still want more light then trade bulb for a 40 watt; but only if your light fixture will handle it.

Moonlights (black bulbs) barely give light and replacing it for higher wattage will probably not change much visually. Buena suerte !
