When I had my Grays, they loved to soak for prolonged periods, it just happened to be what they liked to do. You're WTF may just like to soak as well, but I've read here that sometimes frogs soak themselves if the humidity is low in the enclosure. If that's all it is, it shouldn't be too much of a problem, so long as the water doesn't get too dirty between changings.
