Possible cut on clown tree frog

Actually... I think this may be a false alarm. I can't seem to find any cuts on my frog after a second look... I think It may have been a blood vessel or something, although I don't know where the "blood" came from. After wiping with a tissue, it was pink-ish. My other clown frog has a small spot on his skin that shed off later than the rest, so can blood have come from this? I'm just confused now.

This might sound weird but can you set them on a paper towel and see if any blood ends up on the paper towel?

@2:00 min, I think the "red" spots may be paint, but I saw it inside the enclosure like i said before, and I did not see it before set-up
