Possible cut on clown tree frog

Hey everyone. I recently got two clown tree frogs( yesterday, actually) from a reptile expo (two for 75$). I have them In a vertical exoterra tank. I could go on to describe everything, nut I am worried about something. A few hours after I set up the viv, I noticed some red marks on the wall of the viv. I wiped my finger on It, and my finger returned red. I was sure it was blood. I examined both frogs, looking for cuts, and I didn't find any, and I thought the redness was just some coloration from the tank. Today I saw another red mark, and I put one of the frogs on the side of the tank on the glass, and I saw what I think is a very small cut on its belly. HELP! I might be able to post pics.

Actually... I think this may be a false alarm. I can't seem to find any cuts on my frog after a second look... I think It may have been a blood vessel or something, although I don't know where the "blood" came from. After wiping with a tissue, it was pink-ish. My other clown frog has a small spot on his skin that shed off later than the rest, so can blood have come from this? I'm just confused now.

This might sound weird but can you set them on a paper towel and see if any blood ends up on the paper towel?
