what device must i buy to get hot the vivarium for my milk frog? the temperature is 22 or 23ºC usually

Hi there
Milk frogs will need a heat bulb (Under 5o watts) and or a heat
mat on the side of the tank, it is preferable to add small uvb lights
to ensure a healthy frog but these are not mandatory, if you started
to use any of these i have mentioned and they raise the temperature
too much, i would use a dimmer on the heat mat or lights so the
temperature is not as hot.

If I buy the small mat, it will raise over 27ºC :S ? I can control the vivarium three times per day as minimum, if that is the problem.
I got a daylight neodimium bulb but it doesnt raise too much the temperature. as much 2 ºC...

what size must i buy? small (20x20) or medium (26 x28cm). My vivarium is 45x55x60 cm

if you were to get a heat mat, i would get a larger
size to cover most of one side of the terrarium
